The Executive Committee met on the 24th of January in Athens and decided:

1.- to proceed with the Journal

2.- to invite new members to join Global NEST from all over the world

3.- to formulate some outstanding articles of the Constitution and Rules of Global NEST.

4.- to invite founding members to contribute in the Journal by submitting a paper
